Rumeysa Sarıkamış
Teacher4Ever Institute LLC
English coaching, online courses, and global professional development for non-native teachers ready to go international.
The story
Rumeysa came to the U.S. from Turkey with a linguistics background, a TESOL certification, and a conviction that the way English teachers are trained globally has a gap: they learn the grammar, but they don't always learn how to teach it from a communicative, global perspective.
Teacher4Ever Institute is her answer. Through 1:1 coaching, small-group cohorts, on-demand replay courses, and the localtoglobal.net training brand, she helps English teachers — many from Turkey, but increasingly worldwide — move from local classroom habits to a global teaching identity.
Teacher4Ever joined the WeWin network in early 2026 and has been one of the most active partners — pioneering the live-then-evergreen revenue model that WeWin now uses across multiple members.
